Completely dissatisfied! For a service that promises same-day delivery, they were two days late! No compensation was provided, and my calls went unanswered. When the flowers finally arrived, they were ridiculously overpriced. I would never use this service again, and if you need flowers on the same day, I strongly advise against using them!
