I am a huge Floyd fan

I am a huge Floyd fan. We have made multiple purchases and have never been disappointed. We have traveled all over Europe multiple times with our trunks and carry on bags, receiving compliments on our bags at every stop. BUT, the big story is that our n our current Europe trip, the airline broke my trunk as I arrived in Amsterdam. I reached out to the Floyd team and they immediately responded and sent me the necessary parts to repair my bag in a matter of days. They turned a very bad situation into a great experience, and created a life Raving Fan!
