I bought my couch back in November and I've been a customer for Floyd since 2020. I was very excited to receive the couch, which since it is made to order took around 8 weeks to arrive. Then, when it arrives, it is HALF the wrong color. One half is red, the other is the correct color. I ALSO FOUND A WELCHES PACKET IN THE WRONG COLORED COUCH which was also missing an arm cushion. I reached out to Floyd customer service to fix this a month ago, and at first they only gave me a $125 refund for this $3,000 couch and an AI-generated apoloy. I kept pushing them to fix this order and it has taken weeks of back and forth and I still have NOT GOTTEN THE ORDER FIXED. Even with expediting the manufacturing, I have to wait another 3 weeks for it to arrive after already waiting 2-3 months. Additionally, they told me shipping can take up to 5 MORE WEEKS. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I am stressed, packing half a couch was hard because I live alone, and they have hardly done anything to compensate for the amount of hassle they have put me through. The company that delivers and picked up the couch doesn't help you pack or unpack it either!!!
