Completely absurd shipping experience. I ordered the sink down sectional in August, was told 4 to 6 weeks to ship. Started receiving multiple “your order has shipped” and “your order is out for delivery” notifications within weeks that were not true and they have kept coming the entire time. After 7 weeks I emailed and they told me it would ship the next week. 2 weeks later, I get some actual tracking information. Fast forward to late November, I finally get a notification from the delivery company to schedule a delivery date. I schedule it for December 11th. On December 11th, we get the tracking information of the truck and we see it head towards our city, so we painstakingly move our existing couch upstairs to make room. We see our delivery window get pushed back, then we see the delivery window come and go without any communication from the company. Couch doesn’t come. The next day I call the delivery company and they tell me THE COUCH WAS NEVER ON THE TRUCK. They don’t HAVE IT!!? After telling Floyd about this they respond with what I think are probably AI responses basically saying, yeah it wasn’t on the truck, Sorry! Without any attempt to make it right. Like two weeks later, the delivery company says I can now reschedule the delivery for January 6th. I try to reschedule using the website and it just doesn’t work. I had to call them to schedule it and it almost even seemed like it wasn’t gonna work for them then. So at this point I’m just waiting for Jan 6 feeling scammed and powerless. Crazy that this company is in business considering all of the people on here with similar experiences.
