They initially indicated I would receive a higher compensation than what the airline was offering other passengers directly, which is why I chose them. However, after requesting various documents (not easy since I don’t live in the country and had to use international mailing), they ultimately offered the same amount the airline was providing, but even less due to a large commission fee. It felt like a waste of time, energy, and money. I wouldn’t choose them again.
