I engaged Flugrecht to assist with my compensation from the airline. They requested for hard copies of the POA which was acknowledged as received. I had also opened a case myself with the airline for my compensation and they responded with an offer to pay me. I immediately sent a copy of the email to flugrecht to advise if I should accept it or not. Unfortunately for more than 72 hours (3 days), I have not received a response from them. My experience with communication is unpleasant. I was surprised when they replied saying they have not got my document when they had replied me earlier that my document had been received.I have not received a response to my several mails , neither have I got any update from Flugrecht.
