Needlesley ruined Christmas

I recently requested a payment break which they approved. My account shows that it is in place. That was great help, and I was so relieved. Except now it's Christmas Eve, and I wake up to the intimidating non-payment email reminders that basically say do this or...Furthermore, I live with my parents, but I'm away from home at the moment. My father and I have the same name, and he accidentally opens my mail at times. They've sent what I received in email by post too. Now, sometimes during the holidays, my father is blessed with the opportunity to see that I am in debt. Looking forward to that conversation during the one week in the last few months where I thought finally, can relax and just enjoy Xmas. Job interview in January to get me back on track. Payment break with lenders in place. I thought to myself, at least I've got on top of it all and a plan. Now I'm sitting here Christmas Eve, wondering how I am going to navigate this conversation - moreover, be riddled with anxiety again, all for the Christmas period. I should have gone to StepChange - they suggested not paying it and let them do their thing and process a DRO.I'm sorry other lenders, thanks for the breathing space. I'm almost there. But Fluro has forced my hand. I won't be able to cope with added pressure. I'm wiping the slate clean.I literally have screenshots showing a payment break in place until 17th January. It's Christmas Eve. You've ruined the only bit of peace I've had in months! And everywhere is closed so I've no choice but to panic over it until they're open.EDIT TO RESPONSE - STAR RATING INCREASEDYou’ve certainly responded to me. I’ve updated my rating to reflect this, and I appreciate your response. However, I still believe that with a month’s notice, whether automated or not, stressful letters that are incorrectly processed due to system delays could have been prevented. So three stars feel warranted.
