I have joined the July batch and I placed the order for the side flute on 11th August. They have provided a Speed Post consignment number against which it says that the Article isn't booked. When I contacted the Support team, they said they haven't received any responses from their vendor. Post the first response to my email, I keep following up every 2-3 days but they don't respond to emails. The program is superb thus far but the Customer Support team is the worst. So, please be careful with your flute orders. It's better to order them from outside. I have tried posting on their Telegram account too, but no one response to a simple query.
