Awful product, non existent customer service and an awful business to deal with. My son bought me roses from here for my birthday, the roses arrived not only late but in pieces, as well as smelling like paint! I followed up with the business a number of times, which they completely ignored. I then had to go through PayPal directly, PayPal agreed with me that I should be refunded however Flux De Fleur refused to refund me unless I paid for the return of a completely broken and useless product. Will never go near this business again.
