We have been traveling with Cairo Air from Copenhagen to Sharm el Sheik and back.On our return flight, where we had a two hour delay, our Samsonite suitcase was damaged with a big gash and it was spoiled. I have been in contact with the company in order to get a compensation. Each time I send an e-mail, I had to resend before I got an answer, and then they demanded documentation, which I had send before.So now after 4 weeks with e-mails to Cairo Air, I must accept that they are a cheap airline that does not live up to their obligations and quality standards for handling of the passenger’s luggage.So, this was my first and LAST flight with Cairo Air.
