I booked a flight with Air Cairo (Flight SM 223 from Hurghada to Amman), which was cancelled by the airline over two months ago.The company officially confirmed that a full refund was approved by their financial department on June 22nd. However, after more than six weeks, I have not received any refund or explanation.I followed up several times via email, but I either received no reply or vague responses with no clear timeline.To make matters worse, every time I post about this issue on their Facebook page, my comments are deleted within minutes. This lack of transparency and customer care is unacceptable.As an international traveler, this experience has left me with a very negative impression. I hope this review encourages the company to take its refund and communication processes more seriously.
