I recently traveled with Air Cairo on a flight from Cairo to Hurghada, which was delayed for over six hours without adequate communication or support. Despite assurances that water, drinks, and basic assistance would be provided to waiting passengers, nothing materialized.It is extremely disappointing — and frankly unacceptable — for an airline to fail to meet even the most basic standards of passenger care during a lengthy delay. No explanations, no updates, no service.This experience reflects a serious failure in customer service and operational management. Compensation for the undue hardship and inconvenience caused should be promptly offered. Regrettably, based on this experience, I will not be choosing Air Cairo for any future travel and cannot recommend them to others.
