As for the customer service, they probably hope that you will be so pissed up that you won't demand your rightful compensation. Why I have to fight for my money when they are damaging our luggage? They do not care in which state the luggage arrives, but they are also not willing to pay a compensation. Also there is no response at all, maybe after the 2nd or 3rd reminder. It is really a nightmare and I am not sure if I will be able to get compensated, because they are not responding normally after nearly 2 month.
