Due to an Air Cairo flight delay, I had missed a connecting flight and had to readjust my travel itinerary. After not being able to assist us at Cairo Airport, we were advised to contact the airline via email for assistance and compensation. It has been over 4 weeks without a response from the airline. The only thing worse than their in flight food is possibly their mailbox response times. The poor service levels between Air Cairo in comparison to airlines such as Qatar or Emirates is more than apparent. So should you book a flight with Air Cairo?
