Their agent at Sharm airport at check in was arrogant, had a poor customer service and attitude towards us. Only we found out because of his religious bias. He treated us poorly and didn’t check us in. He let another colleague do it. He has a very thick upper Egypt accent. He shouldn’t interact or work in the tourism industry at all. I would’ve filed a complaint if I can.
