My experience with flybix: It was bad and good at the same time. Good: Got a great deal online in frontier airlines. Jerry took care of my ticket. He sent the round trip tickets. Bad: unprofessional customer service. Cancelled my flight when I was asking for my ticket few hours before travel. I kept on calling asking for my ticket and refund. Then an email came asking a confirmed cancellation or refund. Called again and the customer service apologized and send me the ticket. Return ticket was also done the same way. Instead of attending my call started a chat in the chat box. Mentioned to sent me the ticket by morning of the departure. Which they did.I lack the understanding why the agents behaved in such a way. I feel the agents are not fully trained and prepared to handle situations and are unfair when dealing with customers. I read other customers statements and they too have written the same. My adult children blamed me when I did the bookings through these people and did not receive my ticket in time. I could say that it is better to check on the agents before bookings. If the customer service and promptness are improved then I would definitely recommend these agents otherwise it is a risk. It is not because they are Asian as such agents can be from any part of the world.
