I did not like that I had to miss my original flight due to the company not providing my boarding passes before their closing time. Also they did not have an after hours number to call. After hours of calling and calling I finally got in touch with a supervisor that was able to rebook me another flight. Also my name was misspelled on both of my boarding passes.
