We booked Singapore Airlines Business Class flights through Fly Business for Less. Singapore Airlines let us book meals for our flights online, but told us when we got to the airport that our tickets were suspended, but that they did not know why. Fly Business for Less responded immediately to our text. It appears that Singapore Airlines decided long before that it would cancel our tickets because they were purchased using points, which Fly Business for Less had purchased. Singapore Airlines told us that we had to wait for their head office to open and then told us the flight had closed. It seems likely that Singapore Airlines staff wanted to punish us. Fly Business for Less found us Business Class seats on another airline and we left a few hours later. Singapore Airlines staff asked us and tried to overhear which airline we were going to fly with, which was nasty. Fly Business for Less kept in constant contact through WhatsApp.
