I’m really disappointed with my experience.I ordered wheels and skates from their website, but I couldn’t track my order at all. Customer service was unhelpful and only made things more frustrating.I received several emails saying that what I ordered was no longer available. Instead of offering a refund, they kept pushing alternative options. I declined the replacement for the wheels and accepted new skates, mainly because it felt like they didn’t want to give my money back.Now I’ve accepted the changes, but I still have zero information about my order. No tracking, no update — nothing. I expected way better communication and service. I wouldn’t recommend ordering from here until they improve their customer support and transparency.
