shortly after making my purchase I was notified by email the skates I paid for were not in stock. customer service asked if I was interested in a different skate and I said no thank you I would like a refund. customer service keeps going back and forth with me sending me different skates and asking me to send more money for a different pair of skates i don’t want. i have asked 5+ times for a refund with no resolve. customer service was quick to respond when asking for more money and pressuring me to purchase a different pair of skates but goes silent when asked to refund the purchase. this has been a nightmare and i will probably have to reach out to my bank.
