Steven is amazing! I have been dealing with severe lower back pain recently. He was able to work out some of the “knots” in my back and attributed a majority of it to my hamstrings and gave me some exercises to help and using a yoga strap.Back story, I was diagnosed with Stage 3B colorectal cancer last year and the chemo/radiation did a number on my body. I now suffer from peripheral neuropathy and can not work out like I was able to in the past, so hence being “dormant” has caused a lot of tightening of the muscles from lack of use or stretching. With the techniques Steven taught me, I am able to properly stretch and strengthen the muscles and ultimately relieve the pain I have been suffering from.Thank you Steven for passing along your knowledge, outlook and most importantly your compassion.
