Wow, what a disappointment. I have grown up with the Flymo brand. I took the leap and spent £800 on a Fly 'Easylife' robot mower. After installation there was a problem with the power adapter (within 12hrs of installation).Like everyone else here, I tried to call the support line - but after two attempts of it ringing for 30 minutes, no-one answered. I have sent them an email too, but yet to get a response. What a huge shame. I shall be returning the unit. The customer care manager needs to go.
