Purchased an EasiGlide 300 mower - first one had to take back as the bolt holding the blade would not budge to put spacers on.Got a replacement - guess what exactly the same!Had to take it to a tyre garage who used a compressor drill (like the ones you see changing F1 cars) to release it.Tried to advise them of this on Facebook but got told to send an e-mail - which I did - got the auto reply - then as at today 6 days later - absolutely nothing.No customer service whatsoever - I have used Flymos for many years but this will be the last one!!
