To anyone considering booking a helicopter tour in New York City, I highly recommend that you avoid FlyNYON. My experience with them was extremely disappointing, and I am still waiting for a refund that they promised me in January.Despite purchasing their weather insurance, which they claimed would guarantee a full refund if the tour was cancelled due to bad weather, I have not received any reimbursement from them. I have tried contacting them multiple times, but they have been unresponsive and unhelpful.It's very disappointing, as I was really looking forward to the experience, but unfortunately, the weather didn't cooperate. While I understand that weather is out of anyone's control, I feel that FlyNYON should honor their promises and provide refunds as they advertise. I also find it concerning that they have negative reviews online from other customers who have had similar experiences.I sincerely hope that FlyNYON will rectify this situation and provide me with the refund that I am owed.
