Avoid at all costs! Had a flight booked which was then cancelled due to weather. Rebooked for the next day and lo and behold they cancelled despite the weather being perfect and other companies flying! They then couldn’t accommodate us for 2 months which makes no sense as this is for tourists! Customer service is non existent and their policy is you get a voucher to use in the future! Unfortunately this is not something everyone can do as NYC is expensive. What was meant to be a once in a lifetime experience was ruined by this company! A loss of $700+ with no refund. Not sure how this company is still in operation - far better companies in NYC. Avoid avoid avoid.
