I had a problem with my initial reservation, contacted David and he took care of everything. He was very informative and explained what the problem was and fixed our flight. Thank you David and I’m still smiling…well, I’m not smiling now, at the airport. We don’t have seating together or priority boarding like promised. Not even boarding together. Not happy.
