It’s on their end so when you call in they charge you an additional fee proposal what were you trying to put it to begin with again BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE do not purchase or do business with this company. Also, they only have one representative that works there apparently by the name of Michael and he pretends he’s a supervisor as well
