It was a really bad experience. Initially, we agreed on the itinerary and paid 50% of the amount, but later they mentioned we could not get the same flights. They changed the itinerary, and we ended up paying more for the changed one. We didn't get the same flights as we had originally paid for, and no one informed us about the long layover (8 hours). My parents are old, and the long layovers were especially difficult for them. We are really frustrated.
