I had an extremely disappointing experience with Flyopedia. Travel Agents Name: Sandeep Manav I attempted to reschedule my flight and it took them almost a month to provide a confirmed ticket, despite having made the payment well in advance. The lack of communication and efficiency from their customer service was unacceptable. Every time I reached out for an update, I was met with vague responses and unfulfilled promises. These guys are bunch of crooks who never respond right/even compensate for their mistakes. This level of service is simply unacceptable, and I would strongly advice others to avoid using Flyopedia for travel needs.
Muskaan Gena is a wonderful associate. She shows multiple options when the prices are not met and she is very customer friendly, patient, quick and very detailed oriented. We need more people like Muskaan in the airlines industry to save time customers and get the tickets finalized in an easy and efficient manner. Have a good day !
