The work carried out was to a good standard and the staging service transformed the property. The guest-letting was handled well throughout, which meant the property was being used and maintained rather than sitting vacant. While the service isn’t cheap, it’s clear that you’re paying for both convenience and expertise. We needed a quick sale and didn’t have the time or proximity to manage the process ourselves. The fast turnaround probably saved us further costs down the line.
