When it was all clarified, I eventually booked a survey at my property, which went ahead but I never heard back from Reinhard despite chasing multiple times. This delayed the marketing of my property for weeks as I was waiting for a proposal from Flyp. Does not inspire confidence and reinforces the saying that 'if it sounds too good to be true, it's probably because it isn't'
