This process just didn't work. They failed to find a buyer at the minimum price, and failed to produce an uplift in the price. Their management created problems within the block of flats. Their very first 'guests' that came to use the flat managed to annoy all the neighbours by ringing everyone's door bell demanding to know where the keys to flat where. There was regular complaints about noise but I was always told they had a noise alarm fitted and it never went off. (I was never able to find the alarm). The upgrading of the flat was expensive and I was unable to be provided with a proper breakdown of costs. This whole process was expensive, failed to achieve the minimum price, and over 15 months irritated all my neighbours. I would never use this service again.Update June 2024:I've just read through the reply from Team Flyp and feel that the response has been worded in such a way as to be miss-leading. There are other costs that as a Landlord / seller you have to take on with this Flyp process. You have to pay out on all household utilities and council tax which amounted to several thousands of pounds.Indeed I did 'accept' the lower offer, but it was far from being acceptable. I was so desperate to end the arrangement with Flyp as the complaints from my neighbours was becoming so difficult. When I signed up you where very confident in deed that you would achieve a good uplift on the minimum price we agreed on. It was disappointing to have to reduce the minimum price by £20k. I never really understood why I couldn't have been shown the noise alarm. Every time I had a complaint about noise I called Olivia to be told the alarm had not gone off... this I found particularly surprising when one young mother with infant child had a hysterical fit at 2am shouting, screaming and slamming all the doors in the flat and leading to over 3 sets of neighbours complaining to me. Not once did anyone from Flyp contact me to say the alarm had gone off.Regarding the planned works, most of the work was carried out some jobs did get left... the missing window handle, and the final tidy up for example. Because the buyers are now my neighbours they have told me the wallpaper hanging off the wall, broken socket and cleaning was not done. I'm sorry to mention all this, but your response to my initial review painted an almost perfect scenario which was far from the truth.
