I had tried to sell my flat the traditional way for over two years without even one offer. I had tried reducing the price, looking at a different agents and still nothing. Throughout the sales process the flat was rented out via their short term rentals team; The flat was occupied the whole time and I received between 1x - 3x market value. I was not unhappy with this and didn't have to do anything.I was so impressed with the whole proposition and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. Ollie especially was amazing and answered all of my calls and texts, even out of office hours. I am really grateful to the team for selling my flat at a great price.
