The team did an incredible job improving the home, and it definitely paid off when I sold the property. The upgrades not only boosted its value but also made it so much more appealing to buyers, and they focused on tweaks and little changes rther than just painting the whole thing like I would have done. I truly appreciate the attention to detail and expertise they brought to the project, and the knowledgeable team caught a a moldy patch left by my prior tenants that the checkout report didn't.On top of that, they also managed my tenants during the sale, and they did an excellent job there too. Even though my house is in a (charming) place it's proved trickier to rent before, they were able to maintain a decent steady rental income for me which helped offset my costs. They took care of everything—from finding tenants to handling any issues that came up. There were times when I wasn’t available to deal with tenant concerns, but the team stepped in and resolved everything efficiently exactly as i would have, even dealing qith the neighbours on one occasion which was above and beyond.Overall, I’m really happy with the service I received and would absolutely recommend working with them. I was happy with my sale price, and may even have gotten more for it if I'd wanted to wait a bit longer. Thanks to everyone involved!
