I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by FlySharp. I have shared my reference number via email, made multiple phone calls, and even reached out on WhatsApp — yet I have received no proper response.
When I contacted IndiGo, they clearly informed me that my refund has already been processed and transferred to the third-party agency. However, when I speak with FlySharp, I am repeatedly told to wait 4–8 weeks or to call again after a week. Even after following up as advised, I still get no clear or helpful response.
This situation has caused unnecessary stress and frustration. Not only were my holidays ruined, but now my money is also stuck with no clarity on when I will receive it.
Booking through this third-party agency has been a big mistake. I sincerely hope FlySharp takes responsibility and resolves this issue as soon as possible. At the very least, customers deserve transparency and timely communication regarding their refunds.
