Our flight was cancelled due to weather conditions and was only leaving 2 days later. I sent an email to customer service requesting if we could extend our return flight by 2 days so that we get the maximum stay. Customer service was able to offer a new intinery for my desired request with no additional charge! Thank you for the great service:)
