You WILL have to pay for return shipping, cost me $18 USD.This isn't an exaggerated review, it's just the plain truth of my experience. I'm in the recover phase of a torn ACL and was looking for options to enhance my physical activity as well as my recovery and overall health. I kept getting these advertisements and decided to try them out... but ran into an entire SLEW of let downs and bad experiences.The first thing was the user friendliness of their website. I'm pretty tech savvy, but the way to access their deals was very counter intuitive. Small bump in the road, but still took additional time and email correspondence.I'll have you know that my hopeful optimism was still increasing at this point because the my thigh measurements landed perfectly in the middle of the XL size. But what happens next is the beginning of the horrors. THESE THINGS WILL NOT STAY UP ON YOUR LEGS. I wore them during a day of lounging around the house, these things slide down while sitting and walking. NOT GOOD. The day after I tried to wear them while playing pickleball; and to no surprise, was met with the same issue. Can hardly play pickleball when your undergarments are being a constant nuisance.The compression sleeves not fitting is one thing, but did they even do anything for my body? Did I feel any different from before, during, and after? Didn't notice anything. Not saying they didn't do anything, but I sure didn't notice anything.Moving forward, time to return them. After a bunch of teetering, the reason I ended up buying these was because I had the impression that I had nothing to lose here. I specifically looked at the return policy for this reason, and it was never mentioned that I would have to fork over more money if they didn't work out. NOT ONCE. The only relevant phrasing I saw was things like "Money back guarantee," "Something not quite right? You've got 30 days to change your mind!," and "free of charge," "FREE SHIPPING," and "FREE 30 DAY RETURN POLICY." These indeed create piece of mind that I've got nothing to lose. PLEASE KNOW THAT YOU WILL HAVE TO PAY IF/WHEN THEY DON'T WORK OUT FOR YOU TOO.The return process has been quite inconvenient from the start; having to email them and tell them you're serious. The only plus is that Max is quick to respond. Other than that, his speech is loaded with ambiguity and anything but a direct answer to what you really need. His first response was implying that I didn't buy the correct size and that's why they slid off. LOL. I told him again that I'm serious and I want to return these and that I really think they should give me a return label. The next email he finally said "We will issue you the refund once you provide us the tracking number and the return receipt." What does that sound like to you? To me that sounds like he concedes and will reimburse me for the return shipping, which has been the topic on hand. So again, more email correspondence for clarification on all the ambiguity, only to find out that they aren't going to do it. I'm going to pay for the return shipping (again this is stated nowhere on their website).Here we are now. I'm sharing my experience with everyone else so they might be able to avoid the same experience that I had. This whole situation went from some serious hopeful optimism and excitement to a lot of regret and bad experiences. Fast.
