My car went here for a simple bumper repair following damage at an airport parking company. They were unable to sort a hire car out as promised and I had do deal with that and still didn't get anywhere close to a like for like as promised. It took them a week to assess the repair, after that they delivered a still damaged bumper with a shoddy pair job that looks like it was painted before being cleaned, a strange bulge had appeared under it and it wasn't put on straight... The manager had inspected this apparently. I refused to accept this repair and they then went quiet, it takes weeks for them to answer an email and they don't answer the phones. Customer service is a joke at best but non existent would be a better example. Over a month since they had my car and I am no closer to a repair. In short.... It seems to be run by cowboys and liars.
