Avoid like the plague - worst insurance company I've ever had to deal with. It is soul crushing to put it politely! A straightforward no fault collision with 2 lots of cctv and dash cam to prove the other party was reclass, you'd think would be straight forward... However FMG spent 5 months from the accident chasing the wrong insurance company and wondering why they didn't have communication or responses... It was only after I had informed them that it was different company on the 500th phone call and after several email complaints they pursued the right insurance company... Hazarh! Also on a fault accident your still expected to pay the excess for the car repairs in order to release it back to you... A year on to the day of the accident of 3rd party hitting my car, 11 months from payment of the fee I'm still waiting for this to be refunded to me. They do not communicate, or only do after multiple chases. This company will waste your time and drag you through a soul destroying process of incompetence.Avoid FMG if you want to retain some sanity
