Not entirely sure what their purpose is. I had to liaise with the garage directly, had to liaise with the hire company. And when I called them they just pointed me to one of the others. They constantly spam my phone and email for updates even though I have already provided them.Don’t need this haste on top of trying to get your car back after 2 and a half months
