Absolutely appalling service. FMG connect are supposed to manage the claim. After me following up and complaining after 6 weeks, when no repair cost had been undertaken, they then failed to authorise repairs for a further 6 weeks despite repeated follow up by the repairing garage. They are the people responsible for managing the claim, but I am the one who is having to manage it. Given a choice, I will ensure that I have no contact with FMG connect ever again.
