Right from the initial call the service was excellent. When it was understood that my car was unsafe to drive my case was deemed urgent. My car was collected from my home the following day and a courtesy car provided. As requested, the courtesy car was suitable for my particular needs as carer for my elderly mother in law. I was kept informed of progress regularly by e-mail or telephone. On collection, my own car had not only been repaired to a high standard, it had been valetted throughout.
