What a absolute horrendous company, to think it is normal practise is shocking. I am 7 months in now with a non fault accident, i have proof on connect app and emails of how poorly i have been dealt, to this very day i am just being told "waiting for update" from insurance yet insurance are stating otherwise. The call handlers get extremely rude over telephone. I strongly suggest you go through a viable claim centre as this company is appalling. Its a big scam and there in house engernier's are working to benefit FMG only.
