I was the 3rd party, hit by a vehicle insurance by FMG. It took 6 weeks from the date of the accident to get my car approved for repair and NOT ONCE has FMG called me to let me know what is happening. I have done ALL the chasing and then they claimed not to have received information although I had an email response to say they had received it! Getting a replacement vehicle has been like pulling teeth, once again not once have the "hire team" called ME to get the car, I have called and called to ensure a car will be delivered on the day i take my car to the repairer but guess what...on the day of supposed hire there has been no organizing by FMG to get me the hire car!Absolute waste of time insurance company, stress has been through the roof dealing with this and organising a family funeral!!
