From the start to finish of my vehicle being booked in for repair at the Redruth branch and being returned to me, everything went really well. My vehicle had been damaged whilst being MOT'd at Allen motors in Porthleven (they denied causing the damage despite ringing me and telling me they had damaged my car) so I was naturally untrusting of garages after my experience with those muppets.Whilst my vehicle took slightly longer to repair than originally agreed, FMG updated me regularly and loaned me a nearly new Corsa so the wait was fine.The driver who collected and dropped off my car, Sean was really nice and efficient. And I spoke to Sophie in the office on several occasions and she always did what she said and communicated to me any issues or delays. When my car was due to be dropped off I couldn't make it home and Sean arranged to meet me at my work,Very impressed and would recommend FMG.I hope there is no issue with my excess payment being returned.
