Absolutely useless company. I have been wafting nearly a year from my excess to be paid. Its now the fault of the MIB but they haven't kept me updated whatsover even though it is on my file to do so.I have lodged a formal complaint and I have said that I want an email confirmation..........I will not be holding my breath.
