Daughter’s car damaged by vehicle insured by QBE who, in turn, appointed FMG to deal with everything on their behalf. Misinformation/conflicting information/lack of activity throughout, formal complaint inevitably just results in being fobbed off. Life is too short to waste even more time taking the complaint to the ombudsman. An absolutely disgraceful organisation who are doing the insurer’s reputation no good whatsoever.
