A third party company used by Tesco car insurance to apparently fix your car. 8 weeks it took to get my car back. 6 times they asked for photos of my car and vin number, even though there engineer had been out, taken photos and written a report and they had photos from my garage. Daily phone calls from them asking for the same thing then ringing the garage and asking them for it. Took them 3 weeks to approve the report. Avoid them and Tesco car insurance.
