FMG are currently meant to be dealing with the insurance claim for damage on my car. I was assured the car would be booked in to be fixed within a number of days, however 6 weeks later I'm still awaiting repair.I've called FMG repeatedly over the past 6 weeks for updates, and have been promised call-backs on multiple occasions which have not materialised. After being told for the 6 weeks that the hold-up was coming from Alliance insurance, I was then told my case hadn't been passed on to Alliance at all. Having been forced to deal with Alliance directly, they've just confirmed that they authorised repairs weeks ago, which would have meant my vehicle could have been fixed by now. FMG have proved themselves completely useless on this occasion and as a result have wasted a lot of my time and energy.
