Awful customer service at FMG Walsall. Had nothing but problems from the start. My vehicle was hit and 2 months later, still no repairs. It took them a month just to send off a quote to the insurance. There’s been no communication and no one seems to know what they are supposed to be doing. I’ve had to be the person to go to and from FMG and the insurance to get things sorted. Nothing but lies and lip service. Nothing gets done.
